First of all, I’d like to thank Brad for the wonderful new trove of reading material and the T-shirt which I will wear proudly. I love regional T-shirts. Muuuaaahhh!! Lately I have not been visiting my mailbox as frequently so please forgive the delayed acknowledgement for your lovely gifts. Tonight I plan on reading “Casting the Runes” since I have developed a bit of a fixation with runes. Early this morning a few odd verses popped into my brain as I lay in bed:
Suppressed for centuries,
Lost to society,
Antiquity’s dark rune
Yields great wealth unto me.
Think those words may eventually help explain how a certain masked gunfighter (pics above) developed supernatural abilities which enable her to survive endless gunfights with other busty outlaws 😉 Or maybe they don’t explain anything at all. Sentence fragments often dangle inside my head – I’ve probably forgotten 1,000,000 of them for every one that I’ve noted down. For reasons unknown my mind likes to compose things. As a little kid I dreamed of scoring a job where I could name different shades of lipstick: “Lustrous Lilac”, “Cranberry Passion”, “Miss Liberty” (bright red), “Gold Cadillac” (perhaps for nail polish.) I still dream of that job even though I love what I do.
Tonight I am preparing Chosen Few starring Saharra Huxly vs. myself for release. Very weirdly I named the video Chosen Few on Wednesday night, met a friend on Thursday morning at a breakfast joint where we saw someone sporting a T-shirt emblazoned with Chosen Few MC. Prior to that moment I had never heard of the club but they do seem to have a colorful history.
So tired.. must stop typing. I will return in the morning to answer post comments. Hope everyone is having a great weekend! Thanks again for the wonderful gifts, Brad. May your generosity revisit you a thousandfold.
Both Paolo (first responder) and Mingori have identified gentleman in previous post as one Emiliano Zapata. Very grateful to both of you – I will have to do more reading on him when I settle down. Remember my much ballyhooed rematch with Christine Dupree? It got postponed til today. Remnants of wild energy still zing through my brain and body even though I’m exhausted. Does that make any sense? Decided to offer Christine a little surprise this morning with my south-of-the-border Lucha Libre mask. I like to think it gave me a an edge. Then again, maybe I’ve been looking at too much street art recently:
Somebody (1970s TV era) used to wear a red mask just like the one sported by Virtue above. Can’t remember who.. thought maybe Electra Woman or Dyna Girl but no..
I will think of it sooner or later. In any case, superheroine Virtue is facing yet more astonishing travails, this time in the Land of Abandon. Will she survive sadistic forces which threaten to rob her of life, limb, and dignity??
Earlier I began answering blog comments. Big thanks to all of you who take time to write. I always enjoy hearing your thoughts and will answer each message. Still have more to go. CatfightBlogger requested that I upload Purgatory starring Akira Lane vs. myself to my Clips4Sale store so I am working on that right now.. I shall return. Hope everyone is having a great Thursday!
Last night, while preparing for upcoming round of shooting, my ThinkPad T400 computer (dates back to Bush administration) froze. I have a LOT of stuff stored in that computer and spent much of today trying to fix it. Probably everyone has experienced similar frustration at one time or another. Finally I left computer on desk, headed outside, wandered to donut shop. Eager for distraction my mind floated back to great poster I saw at gas station last week (top pic.) I have literally never smoked a cigarette but for some reason that morbid image makes me want to light one up.
Compelling visual popped into my head as I sipped coffee: supervillainess character (kinda like Madeleine in second pic from top) ripping off signature black glove to reveal gory, festering remnants of once vibrant hand. Suitably inspired I began writing promo text for upcoming Madeline video tentatively entitled Half-breed:
In response to query gypsy utters mystifying quintilla:
“Behind articulated sheath
Raw, bloody fingers of death squirm,
Entwine, entangle, reconfirm
Each bullet prised from underneath
Decaying heart suffused with worm.. “
Madeleine replays words over and over inside mind. “Articulated sheath?” she finally says aloud. “Articulated sheath.. articulated sheath.. could that refer to.. a glove?” Again she reviews strange gypsy poem. Descended from one mortal and one superhuman parent Madeleine respects esoteric knowledge but often struggles to translate gypsy’s proclamations. Assembled search party has grown impatient with Madeleine’s confusion. “Maybe your half-breed intuition ain’t working today.” one of them says sarcastically. Pivoting sharply on high-heeled boot Madeleine announces definitively: “Fallen gunfighter has hidden silver bullets inside her black gloves. She pried shells from still-beating heart while she lay dying. Now we must locate her decomposed corpse. Those bullets are my legacy..”
Ooohh.. there are sooo many forbidden words in that text. Payment processors expressly prohibit distributors/producers from using words like “blood”, “bullet”, “gun”, “dying”, “corpse”, etc. when promoting adult material even if none of those elements appear in footage (which they don’t.) I will have to revise paragraphs but composing them did take my mind off computer probs today. Hope everyone is having a great Wednesday! Tomorrow I will return to answer blog comments.
